30-day returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags attached. Final-sale items, if any are marked as such, cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at salesbusinessgroupltda@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping is free, so no shipping is refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
