Shipping Policy

Free shipping across the USA

We ship to all addresses in the United States at no extra cost. We currently do not ship outside the USA.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or because of customs or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take a few days to update after the first scan. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are determined by U.S. Customs and are not included in the item price unless shown at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order is lost, delayed beyond 30 days or arrives damaged, contact us at salesbusinessgroupltda@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
